The kitchen has fitted base and wall units with tiled work surfaces, 'Kenwood' double oven, gas hob with extractor hood over, 1 1/2 stainless steel sink, integrated dishwasher and space for washing machine. The dining/living room connects through to the kitchen and has double french doors which open out onto the patio. There is a cast iron fire in the style of a log burner and built in cupboards to the recesses and dado rail. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with bay window with front aspect and a feature cast iron fireplace. Bedroom two has a window with rear aspect and bedroom three features a cast iron fireplace and window to side aspect. The first floor bathroom has a panelled bath, low
