It is not only functional, but beautiful. 4-5 bedrooms, wet room, lift, 3 bathrooms. This house even has an infer-red sauna! Located in a tucked away position in this up and coming part of town a 2000 sq ft three storey contemporary home, parking for two cars and enclosed courtyard garden, moments from all the town has to offer. The property has been designed as a lifetime Home with level access, internal lift. EPC: C. 3 Tunnel Road is a modern detached house set in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, situated in a tucked-away position and yet moments from all that the town has to offer.
