"This is a beautifully presented Victorian town house which is ready to move into immediately and since living at the property, the current owners have made many improvements with a great mix of contemporary and Victorian features.

The owners frequently walk into town which only takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to do their shopping and visit any of the bars, cafes and restaurants it the town centre.

The main line station at High Brooms is a short walk away through Hilbert Park with convenient services into the West End and City areas of London taking approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of travel.

This Victorian town house is arranged over three floors and gives a good feeling of space, including the flexibility of having either two or three bedrooms, or two/three receptions, depending on your family's needs.

The property is not overlooked from the rear and backs onto Hilbert Park, which also gives a wonderful feeling of light and space.

We feel that the condition and the position of this property is perfect for both first time buyers and investors alike and we feel sure that the property will attract a good amount of interest from the outset.

What the Owner says:

We were first attracted to this property due to a number of reasons. With the house sitting on three floors, we felt there was a feeling of space and the kitchen for a house of this size, is testament to this. There is a lovely mixtures of traditional features and character charm with working fireplaces in the lounge and bedrooms and the added bonus of wooden floorboards in these rooms.

We love the way these character features tied in very nicely with the everyday modern features of the bathroom and the kitchen. The garden is of a good size for town living with an area of lawn and also decking for entertaining.
