The living room has a window to the front, under stairs cupboard and leads to the kitchen diner. The kitchen is fitted with a range of floor and wall units, with electric oven hob. The kitchen leads to the bathroom and rear lobby. The bathroom is fully tiled with a good size bath with shower over, pedestal basin and low level WC. The rear lobby has a door to the rear garden and has plumbing for a washing machine as well storage area for coats and boots etc.

Upstairs the master bedroom is a good size double overlooking the front, this has a built in wardrobe. To the rear is another double bedroom and a single.

The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio area adjoining the house and has a useful outbuilding. To the front is a fully paved area providing ample parking, with access at the side of the house to the rear garden.



The house is situated in a popular road, as well as being very close to the primary school. The village of Pembury is a thriving village with a pretty village green, three public houses, lovely countryside walks yet within an easy journey to the recently improved A21 with links to the M25, M26 and M20 motorways. Paddock Wood and High Brooms main line stations are nearby with good journey times to central London. The busy towns of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are both within easy drive too.
