"Situated in an excellent location, this detached family house was built in 1963 and has been in the same family for over 50 years. With spacious and versatile accommodation along with tremendous scope for updating and refurbishment, points of particular note include:

- A spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and double doors opening into a well proportioned drawing room with a shelved display recess to one side and large sliding doors opening to the garden.

Situation
Whybourne Crest is a highly regarded no-through road in the sought after southern part of Tunbridge Wells.
