"This is a spacious double fronted semi detached Victorian family house, quietly set at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent to Camden Park. The house is well presented and has well arranged family accommodation which includes many particular features of note some of which are as follows: The spacious entrance hall has a polished wood floor, stairs to the first floor and door to the well fitted shower/cloakroom. The kitchen/breakfast room with its dining/living area is an outstanding room with bi-fold doors to the south facing garden and a partly vaulted ceiling, with skylight Velux window. It is exceptionally well fitted and equipped with long corian work surfaces and a matching island unit, an extensive range of wood cupboards and drawers and wall mounted cupboards and a utility cupboard with plumbing for appliances. The sitting room with outlooks to the front is an elegant room with a large sash window and plantation shutters, a polished wood floor and open fireplace with carved wood surround and cupboard to the side. The study or television room also has an outlook to the front. On the first floor the main double bedroom has a polished wood floor, fitted wardrobe cupboards and plantation shutters. There are three further bedrooms and a well fitted bathroom with a roll top bath and shower, a vanity unit with basin and a WC.

Situation
The house is situated at the end of Princes Street which is made up of very attractive mainly Victorian houses and is in close proximity to both Claremont and St. Peters primary schools. It is in a convenient location, about 0.5 miles to the train station and about 0.75 miles to the town centre. There are excellent shopping facilities in the town, particularly at the Royal Victoria Place shopping mall and in the lower part of the town are the famous Pantiles and High Street where there are restaurants, tea rooms and boutiques. Tunbridge Wells is renowned for its educational facilities including grammar schools and a wide variety of recreational amenities.

Outside
At the front there is a small area of garden and two mature bay trees frame the front entrance. The rear garden is a good size and partly walled and enjoys a southerly aspect. A slate terrace runs the width of the house and beyond is a large, level lawn with a timber garden shed at the end.
