"Mount Ephraim is such a great location- you feel like you are tucked away with lots of space around you and yet you are only a short walk to the town centre or the station to London.

Positioned on the top floor of this grand building, the apartment has fabulous far reaching views. The best views are from a large window in the master bedroom and from two aspects in the living room.

The entrance hall is a good size with plenty of storage and leads through to the living room at the far end of the apartment. There is plenty of space for two sofas as well as for a dining table that is perfectly positioned to take in the views.

The second bedroom fits a double bed with a built in wardrobe. The kitchen is well planned with more views and the bathroom has a stylish modern white suite.

What the Owner says:

The apartment was perfectly located for me as a young professional- it’s near enough to the vibrant town centre and station- but far enough to be calm and peaceful at the end of a hard day.

The views are great from the spacious living room and even better from the master bedroom - they are fantastic to wake up to.

I was very impressed by the sheer space of the apartment compared to many I had seen. The living room easily takes my two sofas as well as a table which I have found essential.
