Royal Tunbridge wells is a spa town founded some years ago but developed in the 19th century. It offers very extensive range of shops, new shopping mall, leafy precinct and famous pantiles.

there is a branch of Fenwicks and many high street names as well as  some individual local boutiques. There are three medium sized supermarkets within easy reach. In addition there are a number of gyms. The nearest being 5-10 minutes form the flat.

The communal garden is south facing and includes a small sitting out area. The flat is on the 2nd floor, is also south facing and is light and airy

Storage is afforded by a small room housing the boiler and this provides considerable drying space.

The bath has a power shower and there is a large heated towel rail.

Further storage compromises of a lockable unit adjacent to the car park, capable of accommodating a bike and other leisure equipment/ garden chairs.
