"A substantial detached family house with just under 2,400 sq. ft. of living and entertaining space in a quiet location on the favoured south side of the town.

The house is one of a few similar houses built in the 1980's in a superb contemporary style with the good-size, split-level accommodation designed to maximise space and natural light. Most notably, it offers a very large sitting room which has two sets of double doors opening onto the garden, a separate dining room and a utility room off the kitchen. The bedrooms are very good sizes, there is an en suite bathroom and a balcony to the master bedroom with a further en suite to one of the bedrooms and a balcony to another; there are also spacious landing areas with, on the top floor, another balcony with superb views towards The Common and Nevill Park.

OUTSIDE

There is an area of garden to the front of the house with shrubs and hedging, to the side is the double garage and off-road parking area which in turn leads up to the rear garden.

The main garden is south facing with a patio area leading up to two tiers of lawn surrounded by flower beds, maturing specimen trees and notably some very mature beech trees. There is a further terrace at the top with flower borders and arbour and to the top corner there is a greenhouse and storage shed and potential children's play area.
