"Description    Freeman Forman are pleased to offer this semi-detached house offering accommodation over two floors with the benefit of double glazed windows. The agents thoroughly recommend an inspection to appreciate the accommodation offered.   On the ground floor is an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the sitting room and kitchen. The sitting room looks over the front garden. The kitchen has an aspect over the front garden whilst the dining room has a pleasing aspect over the rear gardens. From the kitchen is a door to the rear lobby with two stores off and access to the rear garden. On the first floor is a landing, three bedrooms and the bathroom.

Outside    To the front and one side of the property is an area of garden enclosed by mature hedges with lawn and borders etc. and access to the rear. The rear garden joins a wooded area and has areas of lawn, mature flowers and shrubs, greenhouse and timber garden store.

Situation    The house is situated on the popular Northern side of Tonbridge within three quarters of a mile of local shops in Martin Hardie Way and bus services to the town centre. Tonbridge High Street within one and a half miles providing comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities, bus services to the surrounding districts and mainline station with vast service of trains to London (Charing Cross and Canon Street). Tonbridge offers schools for all ages, both state and private. The A21 lies to the South of the town providing access to London and linking to the M25 Orbital Motorway.

Directions    From our offices in Tonbridge High Street, proceed Northwards turning right at the traffic lights in to the Bordyke which becomes the Hadlow Road. Proceed straight over at the next set of traffic lights taking fourth lane turning on the left hand side into Higham Lane. Take the third turning on the left into Romney Way and take the first turning on the right into Dodd Road. Turner Road is the first turning on the left hand side and the property can be found on the left hand side identified by the our For Sale board.
