DESCRIPTION 

This substantial and modernised semi-detached home has three bedrooms, a reception room and an open plan kitchen/dining room which looks out over the back garden. The property was refurbished by the present owners in 2014 with a new kitchen, bathroom and double glazing.  It was also rewired.  It benefits from gas central heating and has a gas combi boiler.  The front and rear gardens are both a good size and the driveway will accommodate at least two cars and there is also a substantial single garage.  It is in a central location in the village and so offers easy access to the amenities being a very short walk from the village shops, primary school and nurseries.  The railway station is also within easy reach.  Within Cranbrook School Catchment Area.  There is no onward chain.
