This semi-detached home is lived in by a young family and is located within a popular cul-de-sac in north Tonbridge. There is easy access to Tonbridge High Street and the mainline station is within a mile radius.

This is a three/four bedroom home with a lounge/diner of over 27ft, kitchen and bathroom. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, with a fourth bedroom measuring over 26ft leading off of the first bedroom.

Since living here the owners have enjoyed many family 'get togethers' with a large well stocked garden enjoying sunshine throughout most of the day.

North Tonbridge boasts many reputable private and state schools of which some are Cage Green, Woodlands and St. Margaret Clitherow. This home benefits from having gas central heating, double glazing, a garage and off-street parking.

We have lived in Shelton Close for the past fifteen years and it has been an ideal home in which to raise our children. The house has a lot of storage space, is particularly cosy in winter time retaining heat well, and the open plan layout is perfect for gatherings and parties. The garden is a manageable size and not overlooked. One of the best things about the location is the proximity to the good local schools - we were able to walk to primary school, and with a bus stop at the end of the road, it is easy to get to secondary schools in both Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. It is also convenient for local shops, the station and town centre.
