"Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of north Tonbridge is this 2 bedroom semi-detached house. Lawrence Road is popular for many reasons, but two important ones are that it is only a few hundred yards away from the renowned Woodlands school and approximately a quarter of a mile away are the Martin Hardy Way shops offering all your day to day shopping needs.
The current owner moved into the home when it was brand new in 1958 and it has been the family home in that time. It does need some updating, but dig deeper and there are some good basic benefits for any buyer.
The soffitts and fascias were replaced 5 years ago with new PVC. The boiler was replaced approximately 6 years ago and the owner advises us that since that time it has been regularly serviced. Even the re-wiring has been redone (although that was back in 1991).
So if you want a good strong house with a beautiful back garden, great location and are not afraid of updating, you need to be quick on deciding to view this home.

What the Owner says:

We moved into this home when it was brand new in 1958 and I have lived here ever since.

It has been a very happy family home.

My daughter grew up here, but has since flown the nest.

Over the years I have tried to keep on top of updating the house, but now it is time to move closer to my daughter.
