"Description    A very generous sized four bedroom semi detached property with attic storage area. From the front door there is a porch before entering the lounge, off of the spacious lounge is a ground floor cloakroom and a large fitted kitchen/diner with breakfast room to rear. Also off the kitchen/diner is a dining room or large office and utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a modern family bathroom and the loft has been converted to provide an attic storage area. The property has double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen diner is modern and has integrated appliances. The contemporary family bathroom has been recently refitted and includes a free standing bath and luxury fitted shower cubicle. Internal viewing is strongly advised.

Situation    The property is located off of Hadlow Road in north Tonbridge. Tonbridge town centre is a short derive away and offers a wide selection of banks, bars, restaurants and shops. There are excellent schools nearby including Woodlands Primary School. The A21, A26 and M25 motorways are all within easy access.
