Situation    Deakin Leas is a popular area of the southern outskirts of Tonbridge yet within a mile of Tonbridge mainline station with its services to London (Charing Cross and Cannon Street) and the High Street with its comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities, bus services to the surrounding districts and various pubs and restaurants. Tonbridge offers schools for all ages (both state and private). Tonbridge Girls Grammar School is located in Deakin Leas. The A21 lies to the south of the town providing access to London and linking to the M25 orbital motorway.
