1 Lawn Close is an attractive 1960 s detached property with brick and weather boarded elevations under a tiled roof, a front balcony and large windows maximising the natural light flowing throughout the property. The property has been updated over the years and retains some original features plus the added benefit of UPVC double glazing. The integral garage was converted to make a separate dining room and a further slightly larger garage was built on the side to accommodate modern cars.
