You can enjoy the space afforded by the 3 double bedrooms and stunning "Hammonds" wardrobes in bedrooms 1 and 2 that have recently been fitted. Additionally there is a 12ft kitchen, built to a high specification with integral appliances and a 16ft family room/dining room downstairs. On the first floor a stunning living room tucked away for relaxation at the end of the day. There are cloakroom facilities on all levels, a large cloakroom on the ground floor, family bathroom on the 1st floor and a large ensuite double shower room on the 2nd floor. The current owners have spent a lot of time and money designing their garden and they love having a garage and parking. It is located in a secluded part of the Holborough Lakes development, close to countryside but with access to the many Holborough Lakes facilities such as gym, crèche and lake. There is a bus route nearby and you can also walk to the railway station at Snodland.

This was our ideal home, as we enjoy direct views over countryside from our bedroom and balcony means we can open the french doors for light and air. The lounge has its own decked balcony - perfect for those summer evenings. We chose this particular house as its an end of terrace so more private and it has a garage just to the rear of the garden and parking space - a huge bonus! We've spent a lot of time and money having the gardens designed and landscaped. We have always wanted "Hammonds" fitted wardrobes, this was our ideal opportunity. We are only moving as we are relocating.
