"The present owners have lived at this property for the last 8 years, during which time they have made a lot of improvements, very much with contemporary styling in mind. They were first attracted to the house initially due to its close proximity to the town centre and the fact that the A249 was approximately 1/2 mile away also made access to the motorways very convenient. There is a garage en-bloc close by, but the owners also saw the potential to convert the front garden to provide further parking and the block paved driveway now provides off road parking for two vehicles. The owners were also attracted to the fact the property is located in a cul-de-sac, so there was no through traffic and made it safer for their young children.

The owners have very modern tastes, which is reflected in their chose of kitchen and bathroom and the decoration cannot fail to please the most discerning viewer.

There are not many modern properties this close to the town centre and within walking distance of the mainline railway station, so we think the house will be of particular interest to commuting young couples seeking their first purchase or indeed to an investor looking for rental income.

Compare this price range with other properties and it will become immediately apparent that this one offers exceptional value for money.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for property 8 years ago all we could see in our price range were older style period properties that had not parking and generally needed modernisation. So when this modern house became available in our budget we arranged to view it straight away. We thought its position was ideal, being within walking distance of local schools, shops and the town centre. Plus it was only a short drive to the A249 for my husband to get easy access to the motorways.

My husbands hobby is banger racing and to have a garage en-bloc was ideal for him to work on his vehicles but we were also able to provide further parking at the front of the property for his trailer and car.
