"Situated on the ever-popular Grovelands development by Abbey New Homes, this executive style detached family home is one of the top ranges on the development. The size and layout of this particular style has always attracted a good response and at the very realistic price range we feel this property will be no exception. Recently redecorated by the current owner, which means it is ready for the next buyer just to move in

The house has five bedrooms, a 19’ lounge and separate dining room, downstairs shower room as well as a 19’ kitchen/diner, and being positioned on a corner plot it could easily afford to spare some garden to make way for a conservatory should you need more room. There is also a double garage and block paved driveway giving additional parking for 2-3 vehicles.

The current owners have carried out various works including adding the porch to the front, block paving the driveway, replacing the flooring in the kitchen and hallway as well as patio and decking in the garden.

Location is pretty convenient too, being situated within a mile of the A249 link road, which gives direct access to the M2/M20 motorways and a similar distance of the town centre and mainline railway.

What the Owner says:

When we bought the property we loved the size of it, all the rooms were generously proportioned and being a corner plot it felt more private then others that we looked at.

Unfortunately it is too large for us now, hence why it is on the market so that I can get something more manageable.
