"When you walk in to the lounge of this house you will experience a wow factor moment, the size of it is impressive and there is a feature fireplace as a focal point with a living flame gas fire for those cosy nights in.

The owners bought the house in 2001 and were attracted its size and its convenience being less than a mile to the A249 and motorway connections and within walking distance of the historical Milton Regis village centre. They found the cul-de-sac to be quiet with no passing traffic and have decorated the house in a contemporary style which should appeal to young families.

The rear garden should also appeal to young families, it is enclosed and extends approximately 42' so there is lots of space for the young ones to play safely or to enjoy a barbecue with friends.

A re-fitted kitchen and bathroom adds to the attraction of the house especially in this price range when you would normally expect to spend money in these areas and with gas central heating and double glazing, heating bills can be kept to a minimum.

This spacious family home is a must for internal viewing to appreciate what exceptional value for money is being offered.

What the Owner says:

We were first attracted to our house by the sheer size of the rooms for the money, the 31' lounge/diner was amazing and we have since installed the feature fireplace.

We like the idea of living in a cul-de-sac and have certainly found the location to be quiet, yet convenient.

Since owning the house we have redesigned the kitchen and bathroom, installed central heating, rewired the property and redecorated throughout.
