This is the house a lot of people have been waiting for; it is located on Fulston Manor one of Sittingbourne's top locations and in the catchment area of some of the most sought after primary and secondary schools. Ideal for the commuter, this house offers space and convenience and is just over a mile to Sittingbourne town centre and mainline railway station.

When the current owners bought the house 5 years ago it was all about location and less about the property itself, in fact when they first viewed the house they did not particularly like the layout of the accommodation and have since redesigned the ground floor to maximise the space and provide a bigger and brighter kitchen as well as providing a downstairs cloakroom/utility room. They also improved the layout of two bedrooms, again to give larger rooms and utilize the space to the maximum.

When the owners saw the double length carport leading to the detached garage they knew they had ample space for their hobbies plus lots of additional storage space. The rear garden is child friendly and extends approximately 58' and is ideal for outside entertaining and being within short walking distance of a comprehensive shopping parade means you have not got far to go to get a bottle of wine or takeaway food when surprise guests call.

When we started looking for property in Sittingbourne we were very specific on where we wanted to live, as we were aware of school catchment areas and the more sought after locations. When this house came on the market it was exactly the area we wanted and it provided more space than we actually required.
We could see the potential to improve the house and utilise the space more effectively and feel that we have made our home more family friendly. We moved the kitchen location which gave us more room and an area we could eat casually in. We redesigned the dining area to provide more space for more formal entertaining. The five bedrooms meant everyone has their own room, with a spare for visitors, and to cap it off we still have a study.
