Perfect for horse owners or those who simply like a bit of land. This wonderful character home is situated on a plot of approx 1 1/3 acres and includes a large fenced paddock and a stable block including a tack room, all ideal for equestrians. The Property itself has plenty of character and charm with nicely proportioned rooms throughout. Downstairs there is a gorgeous front facing lounge complete with an exposed brick fireplace, a separate dining room with doors out to the garden and front facing double bedroom. The kitchen breakfast room overlooks the rear garden and is well equipped with plenty of room for a breakfast table. There is also a separate utility room and a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with an en suite shower to the master bedroom. Outside to the front there is a good sized garden, well established and fenced and leaving the house set nicely back from the road. A driveway takes you to the rear of the house with its hedge enclosed garden and gated access. There is a double garage and a gate directly into the paddock. The views are beautiful!

Location

Keycoll Hill, Newington is about halfway between Rainham and Sittingbourne. Newington is a popular village with a rural feel to it. There are a selection of local shops, a regular bus service and a local train station. For your wider shopping needs Sittingbourne has a good selection of high street shops and out of town superstores and supermarkets. Road links to London, Maidstone and Canterbury are excellent.

Our View

This is a wonderful house in a great location but the real selling point here is the land. There are currently very few properties on the market with their own field and stables in this price range so anyone looking for land really should be arranging to see this one. Buyers will like the fact that the property is set nicely back from the road and will enjoy the enclosed rear garden. The outlook to the rear from the first floor is stunning with panoramic views over fields and countryside.

Annexe/Office

We have also consulted with the local council and the detached double garage has permitted planning and could be converted to an office, gym or annex. This could be perfect as additional accommodation or for those who work from home or to provide extra space for a large or extended family.
