"I bought my house in 2005 and was immediately attracted to it by the garden and conservatory. I enjoy working in the garden and produce most of my own vegetables and supply most of the family! I also like relaxing in the conservatory and taking in the garden views when the weather is not so good.

The off road parking for two vehicles was also an attraction to the owner and there is ample parking for visitors in the parking bays adjacent to the house. Offering family sized accommodation, the house is located in a family friendly area and is within walking distance of the historic Milton Regis village centre, a choice of primary schools and the Asda superstore.

If you enjoy having family or friends around for a meal then you will be impressed with the 20’ kitchen/diner which gives ample room for preparation but still enables the chef to be part of the occasion.

Take the entertaining outside and the conservatory and patio area really comes into its own for the adults to relax and the children to have plenty of room to play.

The three bedrooms will all take a double bed to avoid arguments about who gets the box room, so overall the house represents outstanding value for money for the growing family.

What the Owner says:

When I saw the garden and the conservatory with this house I knew it was the property for me, I have been able to pursue my hobby of gardening and enjoy a cup of tea in the conservatory after work.

Since owning the house I have replaced the central heating boiler, installed replacement double glazed windows and cavity wall insulation, and boarded the loft to provide a large storage area.

I have enjoyed the convenience of the location and find I can leave my car at home to go grocery shopping, and I am only a few minutes drive from the A249 which gives me easy access to motorways and Maidstone.
