"Large gardens in modern semi's are certainly rare and it was the main attraction for the owner of this house when he bought it two and a half years ago. The large corner plot made the house standout from the crowd and the owner could see it was ideal for his young daughter but also offered enormous potential for extension.

He was also surprised at having an en-suite shower room in his price range which also added to the appeal of the house. The spacious well planned accommodation made it an ideal family home.

The house is situated on the ever popular Church Milton Development and the owner has found the local shops and pharmacy on site to be a god send especially when he needed that extra pint of milk!

Being a self employed electrician the owner travels a lot for work and the property’s close proximity to the A249 and motorway connections has meant he can avoid the rush hour traffic in Sittingbourne and spend the extra few minutes with his family.

This house offers in our opinion space, convenience, potential but above all value for money.

What the Owner says:

When I first visited this house I was impressed by its location being at the far end of the development, with no through traffic and surrounded by the Church Marshes Country Park.

The house itself was impressive with its en-suite shower and spacious rooms, but the decision to buy was made when I saw the large corner plot which over shadowed all other properties I had viewed previously.

Having a driveway meant we could get all out vehicles off the road which was another great benefit to us and to be able to walk to the local shop was also a great advantage.
