"The owner of this property was originally looking for flats and apartments as she did not think she could afford a freehold house and when this property became available she was intrigued to see how big a one bedroom property could be. She was certainly surprised and impressed at the extent of the accommodation offered in the house and it was a freehold purchase so she was saving money on service charges and ground rent.

She liked the idea of having her own door and no communal areas and the garden and driveway with parking for 2 vehicles was a big advantage. The convenience to the A249 was also a factor as the owner does work away and needed easy access to motorway connections.

The Church Milton development is surrounded by the Church Marshes Country Park where miles of countryside walks can be found to help you unwind after a hard days work.

What the Owner says:

When I first viewed this house I was very impressed at the sizes of the rooms which compared very favourably with similarly priced flats and apartments I had been viewing. I loved the idea it was situated in a cul-de-sac and being surrounded by the country park not only gave a vast open space for walking in but it also meant that the development could not get any larger.

Since owning the house I have redecorated throughout. Although I love my property I am now looking to buy a larger house with my partner and am so pleased with the area that we are looking locally.
