"One of the first things which is noticeable when you arrive at the property is the quietness of the cul-de-sac, which is reassuring for any family looking to buy a new home and was certainly an attraction for the current owners. Located on the popular Church Milton estate this is an opportunity to purchase a well presented and spacious three bedroom semi-detached house offered in a realistic price range and offering great access to the A249 which in turn offers links to the M2/M20 motorways. In our opinion you are also within walking distance of the town centre and train station.

What the Owner says:

We have owned the property for approximately 9 years now and have loved our time here, the neighbours are welcoming and the fact its in a cul-de-sac is more reassuring when the children are playing out the front as you get no through traffic.

Since being here we have replaced the kitchen and bathroom, landscaped the gardens and added decking at the rear, as well as decorating and re-carpeting throughout. We just hope whoever buys the property is as happy as we have been.
