Modern living in a popular village location. This superb family home will appeal to families and couples alike. The property is set back from the road with trees to the front and has parking and a garage to the rear. Internally downstairs there's a cloakroom off the hallway and a well arranged modern kitchen with a selection of fitted appliances (full details upon request). The lounge is to the rear and has doors out to the garden and more than enough space for a three piece suite and dining table. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The main bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room and there is also a separate family bathroom. The rear garden is not overlooked from the rear and in our opinion is larger that you would usually expect with a modern property of this type. The current owners have kept the property well and the decor is neutral, stylish and light. Definitely worth a viewing! EPC GRADE C.

Our View

It's in Iwade so that's a selling point in itself but this home also has a really nice feel to it.....well looked after and well proportioned for the design. The current owners loved the location on the development and also wanted a reasonable sized garden. This was perfect and they've been really happy here over the years. The accommodation, on site parking and the easy of maintenance with a newer house also appealed. This is definitely worth a viewing if you're looking for a three bedroom house in the area.

Location

Iwade is a village just outside Sittingbourne which has seen a fair bit of development over the last few years. Fortunately the area has still retained much of that village charm that still makes this one on the most popular areas for buyers who want to live outside of town. The village has a bus route into Sittingbourne and also has all the essential amenities such as primary schools, local shops, play areas and a health centre. Sittingbourne is about 2 miles away and has a great selection of shops and superstores as well as a main line station which takes you in to London in 1 hour 10 minutes. The A249 is about 1/2 mile away and commuters find this gives really good access to the road links to London, Maidstone and Canterbury.
