"The owners of this attractively designed executive style detached house, bought the property from new ten years ago and were attracted to it for several reasons not least being its village location. Since owning the house the village has gone from strength to strength, imagine being able to walk to the village centre to buy your weekend paper, or a bottle of wine or even a takeaway meal, or maybe wander along to the local gastro pub for a meal and a drink with friends, or to socialise with other locals. How about taking the children to the village green for a picnic or fun in the play area, or walk them to the village school, this really is a lifestyle choice to suit professionals and families alike.

The well-planned accommodation suited the owners, the good-sized bedrooms being ideal for the family and the living accommodation is spacious and airy. The addition of the conservatory has proven to be a real winner with the owners using it as a chill out zone after a days work.

One of the biggest attractions with the property is the garage and driveway plus the additional parking space opposite the house where up to five cars can be parked, which was ideal as the owners have several vehicles.

What the Owner says:

We moved to Iwade from out of the area and although the area was new to us we could see straight away it was a village going places with its development plans, and we have not been disappointed. The village centre is ideal for day-to-day needs; the pub has been refurbished and is a nice environment to take friends.

When we chose this style of house we were attracted initially to the master bedroom, which was enormous and had a quirky semi vaulted ceiling and there is a second en-suite, which is ideal for putting up guests. We enjoy a sunny garden and as this plot is southerly facing it was ideal for our needs and the conservatory meant we can enjoy the garden year round.
