"If you are a family looking for space and value or a young couple seeking a first purchase, or even an investor looking for rental income then this house can be all of these things. We really do encourage you to viewing the property internally as you will be amazed at the space offered especially upstairs where the bedrooms extend over the covered side passageway and provide three good sized double bedrooms ideal for a young family or to put up your guests.

The side passage is most useful to avoid walking garden rubbish through the house and the garden itself has an extensive decked area for al fresco entertaining or simply for sunbathing. Convenience is a major benefit with this house, imagine being able to walk in to town or to a selection of take aways or public houses or to the mainline railway station. If you have children a selection of primary and nursery schools are close by and the Rectory Park playing fields are a short walk ideal for walking the dog or play time with the children.

Compare the size of this house with houses in a similar price range and its value for money will be immediately apparent, so don't miss this opportunity to acquire a substantial home at a bargain price.

What the Owner says:

This house was our first purchase 8 years ago and we have since had 2 children and have found the house to be equal to the task for our family needs. In fact it has been ideal being within walking distance of local primary and nursery schools.

We were first attracted to the house by the value for money it offered as it needed some work and modernisation and we have since fitted a new boiler, new bathroom suite, re-fitted kitchen some re-modelling of the ground floor layout and a decked area in the garden. We were also surprised when we viewed the house as the bedrooms were extra large as they extend of the covered side passage.
