"From the front this semi-detached bungalow looks much like the others in the road, but there the similarity ends for this is a tardis of a property which will appeal to families and retired clients alike.

The present owners, a young family themselves have seen their property as an exciting project since buying it 7 years ago and have made the gigantic stride in updating and extending the bungalow to the modern and spacious accommodation it provides today.

A tasteful loft conversion now boasts two good size bedrooms and the re-designed ground floor offers a 15' lounge, separate dining room, master bedroom and a tastefully re-fitted kitchen that cannot fail to please the most discerning viewing.

Parking was a big factor when the owners were looking for a property as the husband had a works van and they needed room for the family car as well. So the extensive frontage and driveway this bungalow offered suited their needs perfectly, but it was the location that ultimately sold the bungalow as it was on a sought after development and at the right end of town for easy access to the M2/M20 motorways for the husbands work and within walking distance of local shops and schools.

What the Owner says:

We could always see the potential in this property and have enjoyed extending and remodelling it over the years to make it a spacious family environment yet still remaining a traditional bungalow appearance.

Since owning the bungalow we have converted the loft to provide two bedrooms, re-designed the ground floor accommodation to include a re-fitted kitchen and shower room and redecorated throughout.

The location was always a big attraction but the gardens sealed the deal as they were larger than most we had viewed and gave us the potential to provide additional parking at the front.
