"The young couple who own this property bought it 4 years ago and as it was their first purchase were the envy of their friends. Hard saving and a focus on the future made their dreams come true and the size of the accommodation suited their needs perfectly. They were particularly impressed with the two double bedrooms which enable their friends to stay over and the modern fitted kitchen with hob and oven included was attractive and functional.

Having to redecorate was not a priority for this couple, so to buy a property that was well maintained and neutral in its colour schemes was also appealing and having gas central heating, double glazing and the two off road parking spaces to the front ticked all the their boxes.

Since owning the property the Sonora Fields development itself has improved considerably with the provision of a public house/restaurant, local shops and take away food outlets and the owners have found it so convenient that they are looking to buy a larger property on the same development if possible.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for our first home we did view older style Victorian houses which although may have been larger, did not have parking and inevitably needed work, so when this modern house came on the market in our price range we felt this was the property and location for us.

We both owned cars so the two parking spaces at the front of the house was a real bonus, but we were also attracted to the two double bedrooms which have enabled us to start a family but with another one on the way, we feel it is time to move on and seek more space.

We love the development so much that we are looking for a larger property on Sonora Fields if possible.
