A detached bungalow in a cul-de-sac on the south side for ?230,000.....definitely worth a look! This perfect retirement bungalow is really well proportioned, from the hall you have two nice sized bedrooms. No box room here! The lounge faces the rear and is a good size in itself but also has a triple aspect conservatory leading off it with double doors out to the garden. This makes a very useful second reception room and gives the extra space that bungalows can sometimes lack. The kitchen is a good size too. The garden is mainly paved and has side access back round to the front of the property. The current owners have found this layout perfect for their dogs.
The bathroom is located off the hallway and is again a decent size for a property of this type. There's parking to the front for approximately two vehicles.

The South Sittingbourne location will immediately attract interest but the fact that this bungalow is also in a cul-de-sac will greatly add to the appeal. It's detached so you've got space around you, there's parking directly outside the front door so it's not far to unload your shopping and the overall impression we got was a feeling of space and light. The decor is neutral and the property appears to have been well looked after by the present owners. Most certainly one to add to your viewing list.
