We have owned our bungalow for 26 years and we moved from Sittingbourne to be in a rural village location. When this property came onto the market, we felt it was unique and in the perfect location for us. It occupies a level plot, on the top of Chequers Hill and we particularly liked the generous road frontage with the bungalow set in the middle of the plot. The driveway allows for several vehicles and the oversized garage has room for a workshop area. We have spent many happy hours tending the garden and hope the next owners will get as much enjoyment out of this property as we have.
