Located on the ever popular Sonora Fields development the house boasts many features including an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom, a utility room, downstairs cloakroom and an integral garage with driveway and parking for two vehicles (with room to extend).

Benefits include a gas fired central heating system via radiators, double glazed window units and a security alarm system. We feel it is ideally suited for a growing family due to its size and location. The house is situated less than half a mile from the A249 link road which gives direct access to the M2/M20 motorway connections and Maidstone town centre and is but a short drive from Sittingbourne town centre with its mainline railway station giving services to London and the Kent coast.

We were very impressed at the design of this house and the spaciousness of the rooms and we are sure that the most discerning purchaser cannot fail to be impressed by this house, particularly with regard to the very reasonable asking price.

What drew us to this home was the beautiful house on a prime spot on the estate. It is a fantastically light house - airy kitchen, and a through light from the living room into the dining room. As it was a show home it has a larger than normal plot, with a large front garden, and private access road, so our children would be well away from the road when they went out of the front door.

It is within the catchment area, and within walking distance to the highly regarded Bobbing Village school. The new community area is a two minute walk away with restaurant/pub, a local shop, and takeaways. It is Less than a minutes drive away from the A249 for fast access to the M2/M20
