"Attention first time buyers, investors and families! For this is a house you will not want to miss.

Offering family sized accommodation in this very realistic price range makes this house a must for early viewing! You could be forgiven for thinking the house is in need of modernisation at this price but not so - it is superbly presented and ready to move into which would make this an ideal proposition for rental purposes or if you do not like the idea or the expense of doing work.

The current owner has lived at the house for 11 years and has taken a pride in its presentation. When he originally viewed the property it had a garage at the rear but being a non driver he decided to cut the garage in half to provide a workshop and have a larger garden, but the facility still remains if off road parking or a garage is important to you.

If you have a growing family then to be able to walk to a choice of Primary Schools is a great advantage, it saves the car, the environment and not to mention the benefit of exercise! It would also be a great house to start on the property ladder with plenty of space for friends or family to stay and gives the potential to start a family at a later date without having to move.

What the Owner says:

When I first viewed my house 11 years ago I liked the way it was tucked away at the end of the development and was not directly overlooked.

It offered the size and value I was looking for and this is why I have set the price range realistically to re-sell. I take a pride in maintaining my property and since owning it I have fitted new leaded light double glazing, re-fitted the kitchen, re-designed and re-fitted the bathroom, open planned the lounge and dining room for a more spacious and airy feel fitted new flooring throughout and re-decorated. I now fancy a move to the Coast and hope the next owners of my home will be as happy as I have been.
