"If you are looking for your first purchase or you are an investor looking for rental income, you should be interested in viewing this house. It offers family sized accommodation in a price range usually associated with considerably smaller properties.

The owners bought the property eight years ago and particularly liked its location, fronting an open green and with no passing traffic. They also liked having a garage, which was a big benefit in their price range. The house is situated on the outskirts of Sittingbourne, and if you are a dog owner or just enjoy a stroll in the country, then the open countryside is just a few minutes away. The historic Tonge Mill and duck pond is close by and there is even a nine hole, par three golf course and driving range less than a mile away. There is a selection of primary schools and a Co-op mini market within walking distance, and a local bus stops on the development, which makes this an excellent proposition overall, in terms of value and convenience.

If you enjoy cooking the size of this kitchen should appeal to you, it is spacious and faces to the front so you can enjoy the views to the green whilst washing up!

What the Owner says:

When we first moved to our house eight years ago we were attracted initially by the size of the property for the money, and the fact it had a garage, which was a benefit we did not have in our previous house. When we first viewed the property we were struck by how quiet the area was and liked the idea of being away from the road and fronting an open green.

Since owing the house we have had a UPVC double glazed porch built and the front and created a garden, which is low maintenance. We are now looking to move a bungalow for our retirement and feel the house need a family to benefit from its size and location.
