"The owners bought this house privately from a friend in 2002 and they were unsure about living in a town house, but it was a lot of space for little money by comparison with other houses they had viewed plus it had a garage and driveway which was a fantastic bonus.

These town houses were originally built as three bedroom units but this house has been redesigned internally on the first floor and the third bedroom has been incorporated into the lounge giving a spacious front to back room with views. This leaves two double bedrooms on the second floor with the potential to convert one of the bedrooms into two rooms if required.

The spacious ground floor kitchen has been refitted with contemporary units and the first floor bathroom also reflects the modern tastes of the owners. The house is complimented by a landscaped low maintenance garden where a glass of wine can be enjoyed whilst sitting on the decking or the attractive traventine slabs.

The property is located in a no through road on the outskirts of Sittingbourne where country walks are only a stones throw away and the historic Tonge mill and pond and golf driving range are virtually on the doorstep. This is a lot of house ready to move in to at an amazing prize for first time buyers and investors.

What the Owner says:

When our friends decided they wanted to move and gave us first refusal on their house, we were unsure about the town house design but appreciated the size and potential it offered, especially for the price.

We liked the big picture windows which made the house light and airy and we have found the house to be warm and economical to run. We have enjoyed the town house layout, it gives separation in the accommodation which is ideal for families or when people come to stay.

Since owning the house we have redecorated throughout, landscaped the garden, installed a new boiler and refitted the kitchen and bathroom, and have priced the house represent value for money.
