"THE PROPERTY: Rarely available in such a sought after location is this impressive 5/6 bedroom detached family home. In my opinion, there is ample parking via a horse shoe drive in addition to a garage located to the side. Internally the entrance hall gives access to a 22ft lounge which runs across the front of the house. At the end of the hallway there is a dining room which has doorways leading to conservatory overlooking the rear garden, and access to the fitted kitchen breakfast room. From the kitchen there is an inner lobby which leads to the downstairs w.c and side door. The first floor holds a family bathroom and 5 bedrooms (4 doubles). The 5th bedroom has a staircase which leads to the second floor. From the second floor landing there is loft storage access and a doorway to the 6th bedroom which measures 16'08 x 14'03. I am positive all viewers will be impressed with the 5 double bedrooms found within, and more impressive is the equally spacious downstairs accommodation. There is a rear garden which has side access and mainly laid to lawn.

Local attractions include: The popular Sidcup Place with equally popular restaurant, extremely sought after Grammar and Foundation Secondary schools in the form of Hurstmere and Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School. Queen Mary's hospital is located within 1/5 of a mile with bus transportation located within the same distance. There are a number of private sports grounds found locally in addition to the picturesque Foots Cray Meadows.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Welling office to arrange an immediate internal viewing.
