"The house is tucked out the way in this no through road so there will only be people who live in the road or visiting driving up there. At the front of the house there is a pathway and a small green area great for kids to play and cycle around without the worry of cars driving up and down.

When you walk into the hallway there is a cloakroom to the left and a door to the right opening into the open planned lounge/diner with plenty of room for sofas and a dining room table and chairs. At the back is a large conservatory great to use as a second lounge or as a kids game/playroom.

As you proceed to the first floor you find three separate bedrooms plus a bathroom with a useful corner bath, great for relaxing in after a hard days work, or if you are in a rush there is a power shower unit over the bath as well as a shower attachment.

The location is great for families because not only is it close to schools you also have the shops around five minutes walk away, and there is a big park area great for kids to play or walking the dogs only about ten minutes walk away from the house.

We love the quiet location and the fact that schools are close by, we also liked the fact that the windows were already double glazed including the conservatory and there was gas central heating already put in.

Since living in the property we have laid carpets, re decorated the house and we have redone the front garden
