"Tucked away and out of sight, yet perfectly positioned in so many ways. There are not many houses in the cul-de-sac, and with no passing traffic it makes a much safer place for the children to paly out. Just a few roads away, if the dog or children want to run around and are bored with the garden, The Glen has around 10 hectares of space for them to enjoy. Or just a little way further down the road you have the beach front, where as well as the children or dog to enjoy; you can sit and relax or have a swim if you fancy it!

The house gives you a mixture of comfort and warmth for a busy family life. The tiled entrance porch is the ideal area for shoes and coats. The open plan lounge gives you space and room to sit and relax whilst being able to shut the door to the kitchen/diner if the washing machine is on.

The kitchen is modern and practical with plenty of workspace to prepare meals, with a built-in hob and oven to cook it all on. There is a large window in the kitchen that overlooks the rear garden and is ideal to keep an eye on the children while they play. The sliding patio doors let in a nice cooling breeze anytime of the year, and there is plenty of space to sit and eat at meal times. All the bedrooms include either built-in wardrobes or cupboards giving you extra unused floor area in the bedrooms.

What the Owner says:

We wanted somewhere quiet and out of the way so the children could play out on their bikes, and we wouldn’t have to worry about them. So when we drove into the road we felt straight away that being in a cul-de-sac was ideal.

As soon as we walked in it felt like home, having the lounge separate from the dining room was important as was having windows and doors overlooking the garden.

We would love to stay here but need to move as we have a new addition to the family.
