A semi detached holiday bungalow in a private development with a lovely kitchen/breakfast room extension. The bungalow has a lounge, two bedrooms (one double, one single), a modern bathroom and a kitchen/breakfast room with doors leading out to the garden. There is off road parking for one car and a private and nicely kept garden to the rear.This site has eight and half months per year occupancy. Call us for further details on the terms of the site. This could be ideal for those who want a weekend retreat or who live abroad with a relative for part of the year. There is no chain with this bungalow and we anticipate a good deal of interest.

Location

Situated between Eastchurch and Warden, Hazeldene Close is located in a semi rural area. Fields and farmland are all close by. The sea is just a short distance and local shops in Eastchurch are approximately a mile away. The bridge leading off the Island is about four miles away and once off Sheppey the A249 provides excellent road links to London, Canterbury and Maidstone. Sheerness town centre and mainline station are approximately five miles away.


Our View

The close consists of bungalows all of a very similar style. What makes this one stand out from the others is the kitchen extension. It gives needed extra space to the property and makes the accommodation far more adaptable. In our opinion Hazeldene Close is one of the nicest parks on the Island and has always been very popular with Londoners looking for a base. The property is in good condition and has been well maintained.



Directions :-

On entering the Island follow the signs to Leysdown, stay on the Lower Road until you get to the Eastchurch roundabout. Take the first exit into the High Street and turn left just after the Church into Warden Road. Stay on this road and take the sharp right hand bend (still Warden Road) and Hazeldene Close is off Fourth Avenue about a mile up on the left.
