"A popular and desirable road particularly with families as the town centre, railway station and seafront are no more than a ten minute walk away and with 3 primary schools within 0.2 and 0.4 miles away, there is no need to take the car.

The house is a great size for all the family. The entrance hall has space for storing coats and shoes, this leads through to the bright and airy lounge/diner which is big enough for a formal dining room suite.

Sliding double glazed doors give access to the conservatory, a really great addition which could double as a second lounge or playroom/study. From here the French doors take you into a low maintenance south facing rear garden surrounded by perfumed roses and evergreen shrubs.

The kitchen to this property is modern and has been well designed to use all the space available with ample storage cupboards and built-in double oven and ceramic hob.

When we moved in to the house, it was pretty much a blank canvas and required updating. As well as redecorating throughout, we’ve replaced and redesigned the kitchen, all the flooring in the lounge had to be replaced which we’ve done plus we’ve insulated the loft area.

We particular wanted this area as its convenient for the high street, schools and the seafront.
