"Located in the heart of Sheerness is this two bedroom turn of the century Victorian terrace house, with its double bay frontage it looks imposing and the rooms inside do not disappoint. The first floor bathroom is a welcome addition as a large majority of in Sheerness are on the ground floor, and with some imagination could easily accommodate a separate shower as well as the bath, which is currently there.

Externally the front and rear gardens are currently in natural states but with some foresight and green fingers could become a gardeners delight, particularly as there are two greenhouses, to sow and grow in.

My parents purchased the property in approximately 1993, they had moved away from the island but never settled and it was then they cam across Coronation Road, they loved it as they knew everyone here and it was so central for them with the shops only a short walk away.

The property does require some updating but feel it offers the potential to be a wonderful family home again and has so much character with a lot of original features and the garden is a blank canvass for someone to put their own stamp on it.
