"This beautifully presented, semi detached house has been extended by the current owners to provide spacious family accommodation with a blend of period features and the comforts of modern living. The entrance door leads into the hall which has staircase to first floor and doors leading to the principal reception rooms. The living room is to the front and has bay window with plantation shutters, wood block flooring and chimney breast with fire recess. The family room, again, has wood block flooring and chimney breast with built in cupboards to either side and door to a cloakroom with low level WC and wash hand basin. The impressive kitchen dining room has part vaulted ceiling and the kitchen area has Quartz work surfaces with a range of cupboards and drawers beneath incorporating a porcelain sink and appliances including a built in oven, four ring ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine fridge and space and plumbing for washing machine. There is a large central island with breakfast bar and opens through to the dining area with large picture window and door out to the garden.
