"This most impressive 1930s family home enjoys a fabulous, elevated setting on one of the town s most popular private roads, with pedestrian access to the town centre easily accessible via footbridge through the Kippington Meadow Playground. The area is extremely popular with families due to its proximity to open spaces and good schools, and is also well suited to commuters with easy access to Sevenoaks station in under a mile. The property is beautifully appointed to an exceptional standard and has been subject to a number of improvements in recent years, including a single storey extension to the rear, refurbishing the study and laundry room and landscaping the gardens, with general cosmetic updates throughout.
