"5 Greenwood Way is a three bedroom, detached house, positioned centrally on a good plot on this desirable Sevenoaks road. The property has huge potential for development, including extensions (subject to relevant planning permissions), however is also a lovely house in its current condition.

On entering the property, there is a generous entrance hall which leads into the sitting room and dining room, which is open plan. There are two storage cupboards and a gas fire place. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and has base and wall cupboards and a door leading out to the rear garden. To the first floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an aspect over the front garden, with views beyond. The accommodation is completed with a family bathroom. Greenwood Way is a sought-after residential road in Sevenoaks. It is well located for both the mainline station servicing London, and the High Street with its multitude of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.
