"THE PROPERTY
Built in the 1930 s this detached 4 bedroom property occupies a corner plot on this lovely road in the heart of Sevenoaks, close to Knole Park and Sevenoaks town centre. The property is in need of full modernisation, however has the potential to be a beautiful family home and offers the scope to extend subject to gaining the necessary consents.

Entering through the front door you are welcomed by a generous entrance hall with downstairs wc on your left. The hallway continues around and stairs rise to the first floor and gives access to the two reception rooms both of which are generous in proportion with one over looking the front with a bay window, the other with a rear aspect over looking the private garden. Both rooms benefit from very high ceilings and picture rails with the back reception room having a door leading into the conservatory, which is need of rebuiilding.

The kitchen completes the ground floor accommodation and is fitted with a range of units with work surface running over. There is space for the necessary applicances and room for a breakfast table. There is a pantry and a door leads to a good size utility room with sink, fitted cupboard and access out to the side, making it an ideal entrance to the house after a muddy walk in Knole Park.

Taking the stairs to the first floor you come to the landing which offers access to the loft and the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is a lovely size, has a bay window overlooking the front and benefits from an an ensute shower room with wash hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a sink and overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom three is a double room with access to two large eaves storages spaces at either end. OUTSIDE
The house is approached via a garden gate that leads up to the front door. There is a sizeable front garden which is mainly laid to lawn but also has a patio that runs around the front of the house. There is a side garden which leads round to the back garden which is also mainly laid to lawn in two tiers and gives access to the garage and store at the end of the garden. The driveway and garage are accessed further down Serpentine road at the end of the property s garden.

The property is located in a highly desirable area of Sevenoaks Town within walking distance of both the High Street and Sevenoaks mainline station. Knole Park is on the doorstep with 1000 acres of deer parkland and the stunning Knole House to explore.
