"Set in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of the sought after village of Weald, this semi detached house offers flexible family accommodation and enjoys far reaching views. The entrance door leads into the hallway which has a staircase rising to the first floor and doors off to the principal rooms. To the front there is a study fifth bedroom, which has a door leading to a shower room with shower cubicle, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin. The living room is to the front and has a feature fireplace with an open fire. The dining area has an understairs storage cupboard and opens through to the kitchen breakfast room, which has work surfaces with a range of cupboards and drawers beneath and wall mounted units above incorporating a one and a half bowl sink. There is space for an oven with extractor hood above, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer. The kitchen area opens through to the breakfast area which has a part vaulted ceiling with two Velux windows flooding the room with light and doors leading out to the garden.
