"This attractive detached home and its outbuildings provide comfortable family accommodation in a superb rural location. The property has, subject to the usual planning permissions, potential to extend, and currently comprises of an entrance porch with window seating through to a well proportioned reception hall, the drawing room has wood panelling to dado height, an open fire place with stone surround, hearth and mantle, built-in wall units housing television and other entertainment systems. The second reception room has a gas coal effect fire, with tiled surround, marble hearth and wood mantle and cupboard housing the in house entertainment system, broadband and wireless. The impressive kitchen / breakfast room benefits from a range of custom built wooden wall and floor units. There is a mixture of solid wood and granite work surfaces, basket storage, Belfast sink with brushed chrome mixer tap, filter water facility and waste disposal. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher and Aga and space for a fridge freezer. The flooring is terracotta tiled and a wooden floor hatch provides access to the wine cellar.
