"PROPERTY
Set on a quiet no through road in Chipstead village is this three bedroom detached bungalow offering spacious accommodation, garage and off street parking for at least two vehicles.

The entrance takes you into a generous hallway with doors leading to the principle rooms along with a storage cupboard which is useful for storing coats and shoes.

The master bedroom overlooks the front garden and has fitted wardrobes along one wall as well as two windows and is a spacious double room. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a bay window to the side.

The bathroom is fitted with a modern, white suite comprising a bath and separate shower cubicle along with a W.C. and wash hand basin. The walls are partly tiled and there are two windows.

The reception room dining room is a lovely big room which in total is almost 30 ft long. The living room area is to the front of the property and the dining area has sliding patio doors leading out onto the garden.
